Vastatores cruise as FootPanda pile pressure in Division 3

Week 9 of Season 17 in the X-League Sunday Premier League saw another round of action in Division 3. There are eight teams in the division and four of the eight teams were in action this week, with two fixtures shaping the standings at both ends of the table. League leaders FC Vastatores continued their strong run with a commanding 4-1 victory over FC Elitez, who are still finding their footing in their debut campaign. Vastatores were in control from the outset and raced into a 3-0 lead by half time. Muhammad Haikal Azri opened the scoring before Muhammad Junaidie struck twice to put the game firmly in their grasp. In the second half, Muhammad Suhaimi added a fourth in the 67th minute as Vastatores maintained their attacking intensity. Sufiyan Senin managed to pull one back for Elitez three minutes from time, but it proved to be a late consolation. Standout performances from Muhammad Junaidie and Ryan Sufiyan underlined Vastatores’ dominance, while Iswandi Roslan impressed for Elitez despite the defeat. In the other fixture, FootPanda FC secured a well earned 3-1 win over Clementi FC in a match that swung in momentum across both halves. The opening period was evenly contested, with Muhammad Irfan giving FootPanda the lead in the 20th minute. Clementi responded positively and found an equaliser through Helmi Sadon in the 30th minute, sending both sides into the break level at 1-1. FootPanda stepped up after the restart and regained the lead through Noor Alif in the 50th minute. They continued to press forward and Haziq Nidzam sealed the victory with a clinical finish in the 57th minute. Man of the Match Azam Hamin delivered an influential performance, while Nur Ikhsan and Helmi Sadon stood out for Clementi FC. While FC Vastatores continue to set the pace at the top, both Clementi FC and FC Elitez remain in search of their first win of the season as the campaign progresses.
