RTSBFC RUN RIOT IN TITLE SHOWDOWN AS THAT TEAM BUILD MOMENTUM

Week 15 of the Sunday Premier League marked the final round of Division 1 fixtures before a month-long break, with four of the eight teams in action across two matches. With momentum and league positions on the line, both fixtures delivered decisive outcomes heading into the hiatus. In the first match, That Team built on their breakthrough victory in their last game with an emphatic 4–1 win over Seletar Celtic in a clash between the bottom two sides, who both started the day level on four points. The first half was evenly contested, with Ashvinath Narenderan opening the scoring for RTSBFC in the 33rd minute before Nilo Mata Cervera responded just before the break to level matters at 1–1. The second half, however, belonged entirely to RTSBFC. They raised the tempo and overwhelmed Druzhba with relentless attacking play. Christian Rodrigues and Ryan Tan both found the net, while Man of the Match Hakim Idris delivered a superb performance, scoring twice to cap off a dominant 5–1 victory. The result sees RTSBFC head into the break on 19 points, three clear of Druzhba United with two games in hand, firmly positioning themselves as favourites in the title race.
